SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the ExecuteCX Alerts SMS messaging program.
Program description
The ExecuteCX Alerts program offers two separate, independently selected categories of recurring automated SMS text messages:
- Account & service messages — account notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates.
- Promotional & marketing messages (optional) — offers, rate and pricing information, and product/service follow-ups.
You choose which categories to receive when you sign up. Opting in to marketing messages is optional and is not required to receive account & service messages or to purchase any product or service.
How to opt in
Provide your mobile number on our sign-up page and check one or both of the (unchecked-by-default) consent boxes — one for account & service messages and a separate, optional one for promotional & marketing messages. Checking a box and submitting the form constitutes your express written consent and electronic signature to receive that category of recurring automated SMS messages from ExecuteCX. Each consent is independent and voluntary, marketing consent is not required to receive account messages or to purchase any product or service, and your mobile opt-in information is not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency
You will receive recurring messages, up to approximately 6 per month, varying based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time opt-out confirmation message; you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with any third parties.
