These terms govern the ExecuteCX Alerts SMS messaging program.

Program description

The ExecuteCX Alerts program sends recurring automated SMS text messages — including account notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates — to subscribers who opt in with their mobile number.

How to opt in

Provide your mobile number on our sign-up page and check the consent box to agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ExecuteCX. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time opt-out confirmation message; you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.

Privacy
