When you opt in to ExecuteCX Alerts, we collect the mobile phone number you provide and, optionally, your name. We use this information solely to deliver the SMS messages you requested and to provide customer support.
How we use your information
Your mobile number is used only to send the categories of ExecuteCX Alerts messages you separately opted in to receive — account & service messages (account notifications, appointment reminders, and service updates) and/or optional promotional & marketing messages (offers, rate and pricing information, and follow-ups) — and to respond to HELP requests. Each consent is independent; marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information & SMS
No mobile information, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Information sharing to subcontractors that help operate the messaging program (such as customer service) is permitted, and those subcontractors may not use the data for their own purposes. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with or sold to third parties.
Opt-out

Data retention
We retain opt-in records only as long as needed to operate the messaging program and to meet legal and carrier compliance requirements.
